In this role you would need to ensure efficient information and administrative service delivery is provided to customers and other external and internal contact of the companies.

About the role  

  •  To ensure an efficient information and administrative service delivery to customers and other external and internal contacts of the companies.

  • A fast-paced environment with a highly varied workload and knowledgebase, requiring the acquisition of technical product knowledge (including technical support of trades professionals – plumbers and electricians, merchants, and end-users).

  • Order processing, credit notes and website enquiries.

  • Export orders, documentation, and shipping

  • Manufacturing, inventory control procedures and systems 

 About you   

  •  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Extensive experience in Contact centre industry

  • Proven ability to successfully tackle and complete projects on time

  •  Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and multitask
