About the role

You’ll own Autopilot, our flagship AI product turning unstructured business data into carbon insights via NLP & ML on Climatiq’s emissions dataset.

You’ll report to the CEO and partner with the CTO and Product Director to bridge product and technology, working alongside product leaders and a cross-functional team of ML engineers, full-stack and data engineers, climate scientists, and carbon accounting experts to drive innovation and execution.

This role goes beyond feature builds. You’ll shape our AI strategy and evolve ML/NLP models to simplify carbon accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your work will empower thousands of enterprises to measure, report, and act on emissions effortlessly.

What you’ll do

• Define and own Autopilot’s roadmap, aligning development with business goals
  
• Set and track product metrics, KPIs and OKRs to demonstrate impact
• Partner with Engineering to turn customer insights into prioritized, measurable improvements
• Produce and maintain clear product docs and work with Marketing on positioning
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and risks

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years leading AI/ML or data-driven products from concept through launch (API or dev-tool focus preferred)
• Deep understanding of ML workflows; Python proficiency is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to connect with internal teams and external customers
• Proven ability to build relationships across engineering, sales and customer success in a fast-paced startup
• Passion for climate-tech and data-driven sustainability (industry experience is a plus)
• Optional: eligible to work in Germany

• Location: Berlin or Remote within +/- 2 hours of CET timezone
• Starting date: As soon as possible
