Job Description
Last Energy seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and his external communications. This role includes executive communications, logistical support, calendar management, and personal assistance. This position requires the ability to proactively manage multiple deadlines, all while exercising the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
This role reports directly to the CEO in Last Energy's Austin, Texas office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Optimize the CEO's calendar for the most efficient workflow, and be available for real-time troubleshooting
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, reference agendas, and properly archive notes
- Attend meetings when requested to take minutes and ensure follow-through on discussed items
- Communicate appropriately with a variety of stakeholders using good judgment and discretion while communicating sensitive information
- Anticipate personal needs and proactively resolve issues, enabling the executive to focus on high-level responsibilities with minimal distractions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong command of Microsoft Suite and of Google Suite
- Excellent English writing skills
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, in an effective manner to the intended audience
- Critical thinker, ability to creatively solve problems, deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced changing environment
- High motivation & initiative, ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
