Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and results- oriented management, controlling and optimization of tool production
• Organisation and implementation of strategic and operational measures to achieve targets in line with plant and corporate objectives
• Coordination of collaboration with external suppliers, internal departments, and customers, with a focus on deadlines, costs, and quality
• Ongoing improvement and optimization of all processes in tool production
• Ensuring high-quality production of new tools, including the management of all related administrative processes
• Preparation of monthly financial statements in cooperation with Controlling, as well as planning and monitoring of budgets and investments
• Close coordination and consultation with development and design teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master engineering and/or technical education in tool making with subsequent additional education
• Strong knowledge in project- and process management
• Business thinking and corporate activity, stratetic and communicative responsibility, persuasion and implementation
• Several years of professional experience and leadership in tool production, ideally automotive industry
• Fundamental experience in management, motivation and qualification of innovative employees
• Good knowledge of the German and Englisch languages
