IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

The incumbent will partner with Digital Infrastructure Services colleagues, in region and globally, to facilitate operational support of the Air Products’ team with specific responsibility for co-ordination of support and installation for Infrastructure services at the NEOM GHE Duba, KSA location. Delegation of work is from the incumbent’s supervisor/team lead, facilitated using Air Products standard Incident, Change & Problem Management System (ServiceNow). Responsibilities also include providing operational support and delivery for Digital Infrastructure services to Air Products at the NEOM site and more broadly, as a part of a team supporting the NEOM program. This will include co-ordination of support efforts by centrally located DT teams, as well as local liaison with the NEOM Construction team and other PD&T teams. This will include the supervision of 3rd party contractors to ensure installation of IT Infrastructure conforms to the Statements of Work and to Air Products standards contained within them.
