General ledger: Journal entries, account reconciliation, analysis
Perform monthly financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly reporting
Daily sales invoicing and report preparation
Prepare sales and use, excise and other state tax filings
Provide support for annual financial audit
Actively monitor and comply with internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with legal and accounting guidelines
Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an accounting position
Proficient in SAP (or other ERP System) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High degree of flexibility to embrace challenges and to respond to changes in a fast-paced environment
