Summary:  

Seeking a Test Operator position to test semiconductor devices by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties:

Operates test equipment to test semiconductor devices by performing the following duties:

  • Type computer commands to enter program that directs machine to test components in specified sequence and location.
  • Sets-up workstations by loading test program and test hardware per test DRO (Document Request Order).
  • Documents test result on on-line Travelers and hard copy, if any.
  • Follows given instruction on DRO and Travelers.
  • Reports a daily work sheet of all work performed in Test area.
  • Testing parts with Data Record and Data logs Rejects as required.
  • Runs auto test handlers such as Aseco, Symtek, Chroma..
  • Sets up trouble shoot.
  • Trained and certified to operating tester of HP82K/93K, TMT-ASL1000, Nextest-Maverick, Stack and Rack RF tester as well as Data IO Unisite, BPM 1710 programmer.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience related to the Semiconductor Industry
  • Good basic math skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic MS Office Suite skills.
  • Read and understand instructions, production orders, and all other documentation used to control processes.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle difficult situations at times.
  • Must be a self-starter and take responsibility for assigned work.

  • Some lifting of up to 25lbs. 

  • Must be able to lift or move 5-10 lbs. frequently. 

Work Environment: 

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.  

  • Works in an ESD Controlled environment. 

  • Works in hot oven environment periodically during the day. 

                                               

  

Salary Range:

$49,300.00-$65,700.000
