Job Description

 As a key member of our Management Team, you will lead and coordinate a diverse group of multifunctional teams within our PSS business unit. This position is based in Oss and requires regular travel to client sites, including but not limited to Boxmeer and Nijmegen, to provide hands-on support and ensure exceptional service delivery. With a strong emphasis on leadership, quality management, and client satisfaction, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the sustained growth of the business.,Please find below an overview of the core responsibilities for this role.

  • Member of Management Team for PSS the Netherlands.
  • Overseeing a business unit within the organization and responsible for various multifunctional PSS teams.
  • Developing policies, procedures, goals, and tactics to achieve the organizational goals of the business. Providing oversight to ensure that business plans are followed; taking corrective action if there is a deviation from expectations or standards.
  • Training, development and coaching of leaders such as team leads, group leaders, site managers, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR to support the recruitment process, ensuring the successful onboarding and ongoing development of both new and existing employees.
  • Take ownership of employee lifecycle management by ensuring proper and on-time decision making when it comes to HR affairs such as and not limited to:  Conflict resolutions, Disciplinary actions, motivation, rewards and recognition, performance management, compensation and benefits, absenteeism, etc.
  • Effective organization, coordination, managing of PSS Teams at client sites with an eye on high productivity, quality, GMP and safety, resolving problems and customer-service standards.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships. Taking care of the clients; that they always get the best services by evaluating the ‘best practices’ in the field of commercial and quality goals.
  • Taking care of high employee and customer satisfaction, low staff turnover and absenteeism.
  • Supporting financial and contractual aspects.
