Global Process Owner – Order To Cash

We are looking for a Global Process Owner- Order To Cash (AR)

AFRY is focused on process unification, enhancement, streamlining and efficiency. Subsequently the role as GPO OTC is crucial of ensuring that this will be successful, and targets achieved.  

As a Global Process Owner within the Finance community, the position is expected to provide guidance, initiate improvement requests, collaborate with and align change processes with the other area owners. The role acts in close collaboration with other Finance Key Users and Stakeholders, as well as IT. GPO is the main contact for business management and team leads to follow up on user satisfaction and development needs in the business. 

Furthermore, the role comprises close collaboration with the Financial Systems Team with regard to the system functionalities as well as ensure accounting practices and accurate and high-quality reporting.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage and ensure global processes are aligned and adhered to globally, coordinate change needs with other key areas
• Ensure that accurate and defined Internal Controls are in place and adhered to within the process
• Ensure Segregation of Duties within the financial user roles
• Ensure user satisfaction and communicate development needs both from a process and system point of view
• Managing and test ERP developments in collaboration with the Financial Systems Team
• Improve processes and efficiencies within the OTC process to enable growth and cost reductions
• Actively engage in ERP system roll outs Globally. Educate local team in related process and its design to ensure local implementation and understanding of global processes
