Overview

Joby has an opening for a Systems Engineering intern with a focus on requirements verification. This role is within the Integrated Flight and Propulsion Controls System (IFPCS) team.

Responsibilities

• The intern will be responsible for working the IFPCS verification.  

• This person should be interested in a multi-disciplinary role and coordinating with electrical, mechanical, and software design and test.

Required

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated with B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in mechanical engineering or another relevant discipline and is sophomore level or higher 

• Mechanical or aerospace design, electro-mechanical systems major OR relevant focus 

• Since test sites are in several locations, reliable transportation and the willingness to travel between sites will maximize the value of this role.

Additional Information

The pay range for undergraduate interns, which includes freshman to senior level students, is $22-31/hr. Individual pay is determined by internship role, department, experience, job-related skills, and level of education.
