We’re seeking an organized, empathetic, hard-working, and mission-driven Program Manager to support Employee Engagement and Culture & Belonging. Reporting directly to the Head of Culture & Belonging with a strong dotted line to the Talent Management team who support Employee Engagement initiatives, this role will serve as a cross-functional orchestrator organizing and deploying strategic initiatives that enhance employee experience, employee engagement, inclusive leadership, and psychological safety across the organization.
The Program Manager will be central to executing the culture & engagement strategy, supporting initiatives such as inclusive leadership training, engagement surveys & campaigns, and performance enablement while ensuring continuous alignment between the two functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of Culture & Engagement Strategic Plan: Manage and execute initiatives aligned with the 5 strategic pillars: Culture Transformation & Integration;
Inclusive Leadership & DEI Advancement; Respectful Workplace & Psychological Safety; Employee Engagement & Employee Experience.
- Culture Analytics & Accountability: Act as a project lead for Cross-Functional Program Management. Build or enhance digital engagement tools and culture dashboards.
- Culture & Engagement Integration: Integrate Culture & Engagement into hiring, onboarding, and learning programs with culture and performance values, especially through internal storytelling campaigns highlighting employee impact and inclusive leadership.
- Annual Culture Survey: Lead the annual survey process, including action planning, resource development (guides, training decks), and training on tools like Quantum. Manage bi-monthly pulse survey data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Culture & Engagement workshops: handle logistics such as supplies and room bookings, and host regular office hours to support teams in interpreting and applying culture data.
- Enhance the New Hire Orientation: Contribute to program improvements and participate in the NHO facilitator rotation.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Use employee engagement and culture analytics to identify trends, assess program impact, and report to senior stakeholders.
- Program tracking & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and visibility of KPIs such as, training completion and progress on culture workstreams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR, DEI, Culture, or L&D program/project management roles with cross-functional scope.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across a matrixed environment.
- Familiarity with engagement and culture measurement tools (e.g., Glint, Culture Amp, Qualtrics).
- Experience building and scaling programs in a high-growth, mission-driven organization.
- Proficient in tools like Asana, Tableau, Smartsheet, and internal communications platforms.
- Strong understanding of the principles of effective & inclusive leadership, performance enablement, and organizational development.
Preferred Skills
- DEI certifications or leadership development training credentials.
- Previous experience in a scaling tech or innovation-driven company.
Hourly Range - $70-80/hour: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
