Oversee daily operations of assigned work area, line or cell, ensuring that all team members are performing their tasks efficiently and safely.
Advanced machine operation, product assembly, and/or inspection of product.
Safety leader for overall work area including machine safety; guides others in safe practices.
Responsible for 5S of work areas.
Responsible for scrap reduction; recommends/drives efforts in this regard.
Responsible for training/cross-training personnel.
Provide break coverage when needed.
Assuring adherence to standard work; Work order/material management.
High school diploma or GED.
6+ years of production or assembly experience preferred.
White Belt certification or higher.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
