Mail Handling: Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and noting delivery destinations
Logistics: Coordinate scheduling, handover, and return of pool vehicles; support basic vehicle maintenance
SAP Bookings: Enter shipments into the SAP system; prepare and correctly label outgoing deliveries
Facility Services: Refill coffee machines, stock office supplies, and assist with general site-related tasks
Special Assignments: Ship laboratory samples and office materials; carry out internal errands within the company
Languages: Good command of German, both written and spoken
Driver’s License: Class B driver's license required (includes use of company vehicles and deliveries)
Teamwork: Strong ability to work well with others; friendly and solution-oriented approach
Physical Endurance: Physically fit and willing to handle packages weighing up to 30 kg
Reliability: High level of personal responsibility, trustworthiness, and a strong service mindset
