PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following:

• Asset management (asset number on the system, cost setting/cost amortization) of MB (tank/pipeline/related projects and equipment) .
• SAP SM01, SM02 project orders are issued, and the project costs are requested for PR issue, TECO operation
• 1. SAP SM01, SM02 project orders are issued, and the project costs are requested for PR issue, TECO operation
• 1.发出SAP SM01，SM02项目订单，并要求PR，TECO操作的项目成本
• 1. SAP SM01, SM02 to open a single project, engineering charges shall PR issue, TECO jobs
• 1. SAP SM01，SM02打开单个项目，工程费用一律公关发行，TECO职位

• Project opening project cost, storage tank purchase PR issue, stock material reservation issue, project management, capitalization submit, closing project.

• Storage tank management Customer storage tank addition and work order change bucket management
• Share folder watch and fill WBS for labor hour input on New Installations progress control, always watch tank inventory.
• Procurement with tank vendor and other items vendor confirm contacting delivery date and details.

• In depth understanding of semiconductor and related industries and their requirements for gases.
• Responsible to cooperate and assist across divisions in achieving individual project.
• New siting form attached in file of siting form of Share folder before WBS creating.
• Assignment and project execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

College degree or University education in business or management or related discipline. 

Work Experience

Minimum one years experience in management or purchase.

Skills

Strong Report and office system production capabilities

Organized logic and organized classification work ability

Qualities

Good and Responsible attitude, ability to be a team player at all levels.

Ability to comprehend and make valid contribution developing a Sales plan

Integrity – act with integrity and in accordance with company ethics. Absolute compliance with company policy and integrity personality traits.

Digital management  skills –Rational distribution of depreciation and amortization.
