Job Description
Responsible for B2B direct sales and client acquisition of Healthcare Assurance services across the South Region (Hyderabad & Chennai).
- This is a client-facing role with frequent direct interaction with healthcare providers and manufacturers.
- Mandatory travel across the entire South region to engage clients and expand business.
- Focus on promoting healthcare certification services for dietary supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) drugs, and cosmetics.
- Accountable for achieving assigned sales targets and business growth in the territory.
Duties:
- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities in the healthcare sector through direct B2B sales.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to clients in the dietary supplement, OTC drug, and cosmetics industries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Accurately update CRM with all client interactions and sales pipeline details.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility.
