Job Description

Role Overview: 
We are looking for a Business Analyst with a solid foundation in Python, SQL, and data analysis. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about turning data into insights and have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, optimize processes, and deliver actionable business insights. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements 
  • Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis 
  • Use Python for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics (e.g., statistical analysis, modeling) 
  • Identify business process improvements and support automation initiatives using data insights 
  • Ensure data quality through validation and QA processes 
  • Clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  
Required Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Python (e.g., Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Scikit-Learn, Requests, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, openpyxl, rapidfuzz) 
  • Proficient in SQL, including writing complex queries and performance optimization 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  
Preferred / Nice-to-Have: 
  • Background in branches such as Petroleum, Chemical, or similar disciplines 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
