What You'll Do
- Analyze, interpret, and translate EMEA regulatory requirements for implementation in SDS Authoring and Marketability software, including system testing and validation.
- Conduct ongoing regulatory research and support content updates, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness to market changes.
- Provide regulatory guidance internally and externally—triaging inquiries, offering expert analysis in complex scenarios, and hosting client-facing webinars.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, reduce miscommunication, and support scalable, high-quality outcomes.
- Apply regulatory best practices to drive process improvement, maintain compliance integrity, and strengthen 3E’s trusted reputation.
- Prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change while delivering timely, high-standard results.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SDS authoring, product stewardship, hazard communication, or EHS regulatory work.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP EHS and/or S/4HANA for Product Compliance, including SDS authoring and regulatory data integration.
- Strong ability to interpret complex regulations (e.g., REACH, GHS/CLP) and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in defining regulatory requirements for software implementation and compliance tools.
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs that support regulatory trust and precision.
- Effective communicator—able to convey complex ideas clearly across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Builds collaborative, respectful relationships to drive alignment and shared success on global initiatives.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing regulatory and organizational environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); fluency in an additional EU language is highly preferred.
