We are immediately hiring a Service Center Manager in our Service Center in Edmonton, AB- a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you’ll do:  

  • Provide operations leadership for our Edmonton, AB Service Center

  • Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region 

  • Coach and develop 10+ technical employees 

  • Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution 

  • Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center 

  • Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment 

  • Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams 

  • Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors 

  • Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings 

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience

  • Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry  

  • 5+ years of relevant operations leadership experience 

  • 5+ years of direct management of technical employees  

  •  Manage P&L of 5+ years of reporting and analysis  

  • Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system 

  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and Leadership skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities
