We are currently seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our team to help shape and support the growth of our Canadian Project Management Team. This position would ideally be based in one of our Canadian offices (e.g., Vancouver, Smithers, Whitehorse, Calgary, Saskatoon, Toronto, Ottawa), but would allow for flexibility and remote work from other locations. As a Senior Project Manager with a passion for the environment you will be motivated by leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects and proposals for EAs/EISs, permit applications and management plans, strategic and annual planning, risk management, regulatory and engagement strategies, socio-economic strategies, and/ or environmental management systems.
You will represent ERM and play a key role helping to build our business and win new projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario and/or Nunavut related to provincial/territorial permitting and impact assessment processes. The successful candidate will become a leader in ERM Canada’s Project Management Team and will be connected with ERM’s regional team of environmental and social experts. Your big-picture thinking, and ability to build strong external and internal relationships based on trust and reciprocity will be valued.

For the Senior Environmental Project Manager position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $93,000 – $103,831 (CAD). An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
