How you’ll make an impact 

• Lead and organize project teams across departments and external stakeholders 

• Assign responsibilities and manage project schedules 

• Act as the primary contact and escalation point for project-related issues 

• Monitor project progress, costs, and resource utilization 

• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards 

• Identify and resolve project risks and obstacles 

• Track and report on vendor deliverables 

• Support multiple interrelated projects 

• Build and maintain strong relationships and network with stakeholders related to your work 

• Drive continuous improvement in project execution 

Your background 

• Degree in business, management, or related field 

• 3+ years of project management experience 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Experience with quality standards (e.g., ISO) 

• Ability to work independently with general supervision 

• Fluent in French & English; German is a plus
