How you'll make an impact
Rotate through key functions like Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Services
Lead action learning projects that drive real business outcomes
Collaborate with marketing and sales to understand customer needs
Support proposal development and strategic planning
Learn the ins and outs of inventory and operations management
Immerse yourself in sustainability and operational excellence initiatives
Build leadership skills that amplify your impact across teams
Contribute to a culture of innovation, safety, and continuous improvement
Your background
Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Anticipated graduation by May 2024
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning
Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
