This is how you will grow:

The primary areas of responsibility will be to oversee and manage the high voltage systems test process.

  • Oversee and manage the electric motor dynamometer test process, analyze test data, and report summary.
  • Design and integrate different monitor/control hardware/software for sophisticated module testing.
  • Oversee and execute projects for specific key customers
  • Have knowledge of lab instruments and assist in finding repair services when needed.
  • Investigates new strategies for customer applications and test methods
  • Support and train testing lab users, maintain equipment and develop new measurement methods.
  • Assist in developing, justifying, and allocating the annual capital budget for assigned areas of responsibility

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2 plus years of experience with electric motor dynamometer testing
  • 2 plus years of working with hardware system and communication protocols: CAN/serial communications, Vector CANalyzer, Modbus protocols, and National Instruments hardware
  • Previous experience and understanding of electrified vehicles.
  • Familiar with database and high-level computer environments.
  • Experience in advanced data acquisition systems and instrumentation.
  • Experience with automotive electrical/electronic systems
  • Computer programming skills in LabVIEW, VBA and Vector CAPL a plus
