WILL YOU JOIN US?
- We’re seeking a hands-on, commercially minded Marketing Director who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. This role suits an experienced marketing leader who can develop and execute high-impact programs that drive demand and accelerate growth. You will bring a balance of strategy and execution, owning the marketing plan, leading the team day-to-day, and working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver measurable results.
- You are passionate about shaping positioning and messaging that resonates across markets, experienced in demand generation, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll bring energy and creativity to building our brand, generating pipeline, and enabling our Sales team to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and execute CIM’s marketing plan, ensuring our target audiences recognise, appreciate, and trust us enough to become CIM clients.
- Refine and implement our positioning and value propositions for a diverse set of buyers and use cases.
- Manage the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing programs including content, digital, social media, SEO, events, partnerships, and webinars.
- Work closely with Sales to deliver demand generation activities that build pipeline and drive revenue growth.
- Support product marketing initiatives, including GTM planning for new product launches.
- Lead and manage a small marketing team, providing clear direction, support, and mentoring.
- Set and track marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals and reporting regularly on progress.
- Collaborate with the broader team to support sales enablement and drive initiatives that build the CIM brand in existing and new territories.
- Stay on top of customer and market insights to inform marketing priorities and activities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology
- Track record in demand generation and campaign execution that drives pipeline growth
- Strong experience in positioning and messaging for complex products or services
- Hands-on approach to campaign management and execution across multiple channels
- Ability to manage and develop a small, agile marketing team
- Commercial mindset with the ability to partner closely with Sales and Product
- Analytical and data-driven, with experience tracking and reporting on KPIs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- This role will report to the Co-CEOs and will work alongside the leadership team.
- Key internal stakeholders are teams including but not limited to Sales, Customer Success, and Product.
