Project Manager Ibérica (all genders)

Your mission:

• Take ownership of plant-specific design and detailed planning of monitoring and feed-in management systems.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – from order to completion and handover to the client.
• Ensure scope, budget, timelines, and quality targets are met.
• Proactively handle project changes and drive effective change management.
• Collaborate closely with our Sales & Proposal Management team during the proposal phase.
• Create technical solution concepts and contribute to project quotations.
• Support contract preparation for technical project content.
• Represent meteocontrol as the key point of contact for your customers – competent, solution-oriented, and reliable.
• Perform remote and on-site commissioning of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale PV plants.

Your profile:

• Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a related engineering field
• Hands-on experience in project management and/or industrial communication, monitoring, and control systems
• Independent working style and technical curiosity
• Strong customer and solution orientation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A true team player with initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Confident personality with entrepreneurial thinking
