From automating and simplifying core operations including billing to create a lower-cost, higher-engagement experience, to optimising energy usage across smart devices in the home, we turn tough challenges into win-win-win outcomes for customers, suppliers and the energy system.

At Kaluza we embrace a flexible, hybrid work model that balances autonomy with the power of in-person connection. We’re focused on shaping thoughtful, team-driven approaches that support both business impact and individual well-being.

We also prioritise meaningful company-wide gatherings like our annual conference and end-of-year celebrations, that bring us together to align, connect, and celebrate.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be part of Kaluza’s Client Success team, a group that leads some of our most complex and business-critical initiatives. As a Migration Programme Manager, you’ll be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of large-scale software migration programmes - ensuring we meet strategic outcomes for our clients while driving transformation across the energy landscape.

This role involves managing the full migration lifecycle, from early readiness through to delivery execution, across both Kaluza’s Energy Retail and Flexibility platforms. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, engage directly with client stakeholders, and manage multiple streams of work in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Managing the planning and execution of data migration programme within Kaluza’s implementation work
  • Harnessing the talent of our cross-functional team (architecture, data, engineering, and product) to deliver a successful migration programme
  • Leading client engagement to align on migration strategy and execution approach
  • Owning the overall migration readiness and programme delivery plans
Defining roles, responsibilities, and governance frameworks (e.g. RACI models)
  • Coordinating delivery teams to ensure clarity of deliverables and pace of progress
  • Communicating status, risks, and blockers to both internal and client leadership
  • Driving resolution of issues to unblock value delivery
  • Managing dependencies across Kaluza, clients, and third-party partners
  • Ensuring all outcomes are aligned to agreed “definitions of done”

About You

You’re a highly capable programme leader with deep experience managing complex software implementations, ideally in regulated or mission-critical industries. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike

Ideally you’ll have/be

  • A confident communicator and facilitator who can lead difficult discussions and align diverse viewpoints
  • Strong programme management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives
  • Aptitude in data analysis and the technicalities of data migrations
  • Strategic and analytical thinker, able to weigh risks, trade-offs, and long-term outcomes
  • Experienced in B2B software delivery, preferably involving data migrations or platform transitions
  • Adept at simplifying complexity — from technical architecture to commercial decisions
  • Comfortable operating at both the task-detail level and executive-summary level
  • Exceptionally organised and action-oriented, with a clear focus on outcomes
  • Skilled in building momentum across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accountability and clarity
  • A strong sense of initiative and ownership, knowing what’s needed before being asked

What will set you apart

  • Significant experience leading complex migrations or transformations in energy, utilities, or other regulated sectors
  • Proven ability to bridge commercial, technical, and operational priorities in high-stakes environments
  • Experience working across global teams and multiple time zones
  • A bias for clarity and progress, even when operating in ambiguity
  • A natural ability to rally teams around a shared objective and create alignment from complexity
