We believe in the value of in-person connection and collaboration, especially in a role that works closely with senior leaders. For this position, we ask that you’re able to spend 2–3 days per week in our London office.
We also prioritise meaningful company-wide gatherings like our annual conference and end-of-year celebrations, that bring us together to align, connect, and celebrate.
What will I be doing?
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Executive Assistant to support a small group of senior leaders across our executive team—based in both the UK and US. This is a dynamic and high-trust role that will serve as a critical enabler of focus, alignment, and execution at the most senior levels of the company.
You will work closely with a mix of executives, managing their time and priorities with precision, anticipating needs, and helping ensure the wider team operates smoothly and strategically.
