Role Purpose

Working as part of the global Colleague Experience function, the HR Associate will be the first point of contact for resolving HR queries and processing transactional requests. They will demonstrate knowledge in HR operations processes and technology, working collaboratively to provide an excellent employee experience. 

This is an exciting time to be joining our team as we develop and enhance our Colleague Experience function. Colleague Experience strives to provide a best-in-class HR service which supports the HR Service Delivery model and enhances colleague and candidate journeys throughout systems and processes. We aim to provide seamless transactions across the employee lifecycle. We work collaboratively with our HR colleagues and the business to problem solve, advise and enable.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all assigned pre-boarding tasks to ensure smooth new hire integration
  • Serve as first point of contact for new hire and employee enquiries
  • Triage and resolve requests via the ServiceNow Portal
  • Ensure complete and accurate employee data is maintained for reporting and compliance purposes
  • Proactively contribute to the development of the Colleague Experience function, including processes and tools
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues and the wider organisation to build trust and excellent relationships
  • Monitor own performance to ensure the team are on track to meet established SLAs and KPIs
  • Monitor and complete compliance activities and audits
  • Support benefit administration processes
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure the timely processing of payroll

About You     

  • Previous experience of supporting HR transactional activity
  • Workday experience desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a local and global HR team
  • Demonstrates a strong dedication to serving customers
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently and demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness as a self-starter
  • Knowledge of HR operations and a solid understanding of local statutory regulations as they pertain to HR
  • Good Excel skills with ability to query and analyse data
  • Able to manage priority of workload
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously, with attention to detail
  • Be a continuous learner, keeping up to date with important statutory and regulatory changes and HR trends

  • We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.
  • While this is expected to be a full-time role, part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered. Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
