About your role:
The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Solar PV team within the Services & Solutions division. You’ll primarily give support to the project team members, liaising with the QA (Quality Assurance) department and also with ESBN, NC7 applications, third party contractors and customers. You should have an ability to work with different departments to support day-to-day tasks and reporting, along with the drive to engage with third party vendors and partner companies, as well as public sector organizations such as the SEAI.
Your main responsibilities will be to promote the core Bord Gáis Energy Values by providing a friendly and professional service to our partner companies and other third parties. You’ll oversee and track any project documentation ensuring all projects, grant applications, payments and certification are correctly processed and filed, and will manage the processing of new vendors in a compliant, timely and professional manner. You’ll contact customers and make arrangement for survey, delivery, installation and callout as required. You’ll support the team, ensuring we uphold agreed SLAs to meet regulatory obligations and customer expectations, and will support key project initiatives within Bord Gáis Energy and the Services & Solutions department to meet overall business objectives and annual targets.
