Accountant - internship

You will be offered an initial internship contract of 6 months. Based on a performance review of your activities and objectives achieved over the initial period, you will have the opportunity to join us as a long-term employee.

Within your first weeks you will receive a full training on the job in order to build your competencies that will render you independent. We expect also pro-activity to identify potential areas of optimization and present your suggestions in a structured manner to the Chief Financial Officer.

Main tasks:

• Step by step you will take on several activities that are part of the main duties in an Accounting role, bringing your invaluable contribution to our daily operations:
• Posting transactions in accounting software (Microsoft Navision) and maintaining accounting records
• Execute day to day accounting activities related to accounts payable and general accounting for the Company; 
• Support the Senior Accountant on arising accounting issues or anomalies promptly highlighting them;
• Support the Back Office team to manage the requests received from customers regarding payments and other accounting related documents;
• Support the financial statements closing and audit process, including preparation of materials and coordination with the external audit team;
