As a leader in the growth marketing team, you will be pivotal to setting up and scaling digital marketing capabilities and campaigns designed to drive growth in a B2B SaaS environment.. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and excels at cross-functional collaboration and team development.

  • Build & scale marketing campaigns to maximize efficient  new user growth for existing and new paid channels, including paid search (SEM), social, display, programmatic, and retargeting
  • Set -up and launch ABM strategy and campaigns target key accounts, regions and customer profiles
  • Hit monthly volume and efficiency targets by driving continuous improvement and hypothesis-driven experimentation of new optimization tactics
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Hit monthly spend and ROI goals by analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
  • Develop team members through coaching, feedback, and training; remove roadblocks to support performance and growth
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, sales, solutions marketing,  and regional marketing teams
  • Find creative and innovative solutions for acquisition and be able to make necessary enhancements to drive added value
  • Implement and optimize audience segmentation strategies, including demographic, firmographic, and psychographic targeting, to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Build and maintain a roadmap for testing and optimizing ad creative, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Manage email nurture and retargeting efforts to maximize reach and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with broader growth goals.
