Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be part of a team consisting of engineers who offer in-house competent advice to their colleagues as well as premium service towards our customers.
Tasks
- Ensure the steps and materials needed for a successful market introduction of different inverter and storage products, improvements, customization and services.
- Regular communication with HQ stakeholders based on standardized logic EMEA product roadmap definition and lifecycle management in close alignment with global strategy and customer requirements and demands while managing the product programs and campaigns.
- Analysis and gathering of research input from Market, Market Intelligence & Strategy and our technical department and herewith consolidate market insights and prepare/present strategic recommendations.
- Product documents, certificates, and product related ERP development & maintenance.
- Periodic follow up on market requirements and standards applicable to the products.
- Periodic product trainings for customers and sales team.
- Customer awareness development, visits and opportunity generation together with the sales team.
- Process/tool standardization and policy development with strong influence on budget definition/management and ensuring compliance to internal/external regulation.

LOCATION
Your backpack is filled with
- Master’s degree in technical or electrical environment, power electronics, business engineering or comparable preferred
- Proven track record in Product (inverters and storage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PV/Renewable Energy business is a must
- Technically sound on PV systems
- Experience with string inverters, storage and communication / monitoring systems
- Fluent English, any other language is a plus
- Willingness to travel
