Join us on our journey: As our Senior Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be the primary contact point for our leads, prospects, and customers in Poland. You will guide them through the entire commercial onboarding journey — from first conversations and offer structuring to signing and preparing the go-live of their battery projects. You will work hand in hand with our Country Manager, our Senior Technical Project Manager, and the Commercial Team to build long-term customer relationships that are both impactful and commercially successful.

Language Requirement: Fluent Polish with strong English proficiency
Drive business development and customer acquisition for utility-scale battery storage systems in Poland
Own the end-to-end commercial relationship with our clients — from first meetings to signed contracts and go-live
Translate customer needs into structured proposals and offers, working closely with the technical and operations teams
Understand project structures, financial expectations, and regulatory contexts to shape attractive business models
Represent Entrix at conferences, pitch meetings, and industry events to grow our visibility and network
Contribute to the strategic positioning of Entrix’s commercial offering in Poland
Help shape and improve our commercial and onboarding processes, based on your hands-on experience with customers

Mandatory Requirements
3+ years of experience in business development, project origination, key account management, or energy markets
Strong knowledge of the Polish energy landscape, ideally including renewables, grid-scale storage, or power trading
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Polish and English
Experience building strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and project developers
A proactive, self-starting mindset — you don’t wait for permission to create impact
Full ownership of your projects — you see obstacles as opportunities to act, not as reasons to stall
High adaptability and comfort with change — you embrace learning and iteration in a dynamic
