Subcontractor Prequalification Administrator - Construction Finance

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for our large construction project in Phoenix, AZ for a Subcontractor Prequalification Administrator.  

• Works under limited supervision
• Responsible for the comprehensive subcontractor prequalification review process for assigned location | projects
• Review prequalification documents uploaded into COMPASS, Hunt’s 3rd party pre-qualification software, for completeness.
• Follow up with subcontractors on missing items.
• Request renewals when needed.
• Prepare pre-qualification packages for approval, including Dun & Bradstreet and MK Denial reviews
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze a variety of subcontractor financial statements and assess risk.ics.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Risk Management and Safety on reviews and approvals.
