Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Medical Device Services Europe
Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be part of the European marketing team, driving business performance and building brand exposure of the Medical Device Services business unit.
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Strategic Marketing
- Define and implement the overaching marketing strategy.
- Support the integration and marketing alignment of newly acquired companies.
- Conduct and manage market intelligence activities to support data-driven decisions.
External Communication
Digital Marketing (Focus: Lead Generation)
- Manage and optimize both global and local websites, including Content management, SEO / SEA strategies, Web analytics and performance reporting.
- Drive the LinkedIn strategy by leading editorial planning, managing paid campaigns, scheduling and publishing content, and coordinating the creation of visuals and videos with the creative team.
- Monitor marketing campaign progress and analyze results to improve performance and ROI.
Non-digital Marketing
- Strengthen brand awareness and generate leads through:
- Organizing and promoting free webinars, managing registrations and follow-ups
- Coordinating external training programs
- Launching other lead-generating initiatives
- Manage the MDS European newsletter.
- Plan and execute email campaigns (CRM relaunch planned for 2025), ensuring GDPR compliance.
Support to Sales teams
With the marketing team:
- Manage the creation and update content on multiple platforms, including clients’ presentations & flyers
- Organize Eurofins MDS customer events (e.g. workshops).
- Ensure the organisation of external events/ participation to congresses.
Project management
- Lead the planning, preparation, and marketing of new service launches.
People Management
- 1 Marketing Specialist (based in Germany)
- 2 Junior Marketing Specialists (based in Italy)
Coordination
- With the EU MDS management (General manager, Marketing director, Director of Consulting, Director of Testing, Sales director).
- With the US marketing team.
- With the Corporate marketing/ communication/ website teams.
- With newly acquired companies.
- Other interactions with sales teams, European experts, consultants, external agencies.
