Job Description

  • Interact with customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

  • Maintaining and expanding company relationship with existing customer and walk in customer.

  • Service to existing customer and promote company products and testing services to new customer.

  • Deal directly with customer either by telephone, electronically or face to face

  • Prepare and processing of customer orders, furnishing quotation for approval or review quotation;

  • Assist and support account manager in their sales operation 

  • To take charge of interco related clients 

  • Maintain sales record and prepare report, company quotation and parameters testing price list;

  • Provide information to customer including preparing and processing company brochures, company profile and service to the walk-in customers; 

  • Response to incoming e-mail or fax in related to customer enquiries or request for quotation;

  • Arrangement for sample collection and company CoA or test report delivery to customer;

  • Register, maintaining and updating of all customers' contact phone number and address;

  • Assisting the management prepare tender and contract review relevant documentation preparation;

  • Interface effectively with other department as necessary to provide assistance to ensure that certain works and assignment completed just in time or delivery as scheduled.

  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
