The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international volunteers-led think tank dedicated to supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change.
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced VOLUNTEER to fill the role of Assistant Director General (voluntary unpaid role). As the Assistant Director General, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and operational functions within BCI. This includes HR strategy development, policy implementation, staffing, training and development, IT Support, and operational execution to ensure that our organization runs smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be an innovative leader with a passion for organizational development and an understanding of the intricacies of HR management in a non-profit context. The successful candidate will possess strong managerial skills, the ability to work collaboratively across teams, and the capacity to drive organizational performance improvement.

Selection Process
In the selection process, candidates will be invited to complete the following assessment.
Section A: Verbal and Numerical Reasoning (20 multiple-choice questions)
Section B: Situation Judgement Test (20 multiple-choice questions)
Section C: In-Tray Exercise (An open-ended assessment relevant to the duties of the role)
Candidates who pass all three sections will be invited to attend a first interview and a final interview online.
