Administrative & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and print.
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate and attend promotional events and trade shows.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary items are stocked.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
