Project Funding Coordinator

Finalization specialists contribute to Ion Solar by ensuring the customer's new solar system is working, finalizing the account, and tying up their ION experience with a bow! We are hiring individuals with excellent organization, time management, and customer service. You don't need prior experience in solar! We will train you on the solar process and give you the tools you need to succeed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work through accounts by helping customers turn their system on via phone,
• monitoring systems, addressing any issues, and creating service tickets.
• Finalize accounts by sending monitoring information, necessary documents, and completing a final call.
• Understand and strive to meet and exceed metrics while maintaining quality standards.
• Contribute to the company culture in a positive way.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
• Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop solutions to difficult problems

Education and Experience:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Customer service experience required
• Solar experience preferred

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
