Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
For our office in Munich, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Controller FP & A primarily focused on the EMEA region. This key role focuses on future planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making of our business. 

Main responsibilities

  • Liaise with local management and HQ to prepare annual budget 
  • Update P&L with quarterly forecasts
  • Preparing the annual expense budget and forecasts
  • Review plan/actual figures with cost center owners, perform variance analysis
  • Plan and execute the internal cost allocation
  • Prepare segmented P&Ls per business segment and region
  • Perform standard and ad hoc reporting to meet requirements of local management and HQ
  • Review financial performance with management, analyze variations and suggest improvements·         
  • Maintain and create new reports in PBI
  • Maintain cost centres, internal orders and cost allocation in SAP
  • Communicate and coordinate across EMEA regions and functions

LANGUAGES
  • Fluency in English
  • Other languages will be an advantage.

  LOCATION
  • Munich (Hybrid)
Your backpack is filled with
  • Successfully completed degree in business studies with focus on financial studies
  • At least 5 years experience in controlling or FP&A functions
  • Experience in SAP R/3, S/4HANA in the modules FI and SD or similar ERP systems
  • Experience in Power BI or similar tools
