Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Full ownership of the entire sales cycle for new and existing customers – from initial contact to contract renewal.
- Sales of our SaaS solutions for the cement industry in the DACH region and key growth markets in Europe, LATAM, and the US.
- In-depth analysis of customer needs and technical requirements to develop tailored solutions.
- Creation of solid business cases that clearly demonstrate added value.
- Delivery of compelling presentations and WebApp demos, along with contract negotiations at all decision-making levels.
- Monitoring of market and competitive developments to identify new opportunities and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
- Representation of alcemy at industry conferences and associations to strengthen our network and market presence.
- Close collaboration with Business Development and Marketing to generate leads.
- Support of the Customer Success team in growing and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Cooperation with the Product team to prioritize and relay customer feedback.
- Diligent maintenance of the CRM system and all sales-related activities.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree with excellent results, ideally complemented by experience in the cement industry.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, along with strong technical understanding.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and confident negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in acquiring and developing customer relationships.
- Independent, reliable, and ambitious work style, paired with a high level of innovation and empathy.
- Authentic presence, high integrity, and outstanding communication skills.
- Strong prioritization abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Willingness to travel and fluency in both German and English.
