HR Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
The HR manager will be responsible for all personal related topics in our Spanish, German and Dutch companies, supported by the HR management system Personio. We are looking for a proactive person with hands-on-mentality in an international environment.

• Implementation of personnel measures and personnel administration along the entire employee life cycle.
• Contact partner for employees and directors in all personnel relevant issues.
• Independent preparation and control of payroll accounting in consultation with our local payroll providers.
• Support and maintenance of the personnel management system Personio.
• Applicant management, incl. creation and publication of job adverts, scheduling and conducting interviews, etc…
• Continuous further development of HR processes and active participation in HR projects.
• Creation of analyses and statistics
• Support to external health and safety agents.

Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial training with corresponding further training or studies with a focus on business administration or personnel management.
• Relevant professional experience in a comparable position.
• Knowledge of social security and payroll tax law desirable.
• Hands-on-mentality as well as independent, discreet and diligent way of working with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, strong communication skills and team orientated.
• Very good MS-Office-skills.
• Very good written and spoken German, Spanish and English skills.
