As a Customer Retention Manager at Sensorfact, you’ll play a critical role in our growth engine by turning churn into renewed loyalty. Your mission? Retaining as many churned customers as possible.
This isn’t a passive account management role—it’s a sales-focused, high-impact position where you’ll actively engage with clients who indicated they want to leave, re-open sales cycles, and close them again.. You’ll own the conversation, lead the turnaround, and directly influence retention KPIs.
Take over a steady stream of accounts that have churned — you’ll typically handle ~10 churn cases per week.
Re-engage key decision-makers and stakeholders, guiding them back to Sensorfact’s value through tailored, consultative conversations and tailormade solutions.
Act as a trusted commercial partner—not just saving the account, but uncovering additional growth opportunities where possible.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales to remove blockers and position Sensorfact as an irreplaceable solution.
This is a role for closers who thrive when they need to re-engage customers in case of difficult situations. #LI-PROMOTE
Who are you:You’re a natural deal closer who understands that the sales process doesn’t stop after the contract is signed. You’re strategic, persuasive, and motivated by results.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, active account management, or customer retention—ideally in SaaS or tech environments
A consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Skilled in navigating stakeholder conversations, managing objections, and crafting compelling commercial narratives
Fluent in English and Dutch; additional language fluency (French or Italian) is a big advantage
Self-motivated, performance-oriented, and comfortable owning your metrics
Resilient and solutions-focused, with strong business acumen and communication skills #LI-DAVE
