Project Solution Engineer EU South (all genders)

Your mission:

• Coordinate project tasks from planning to implementation of monitoring and feed-in management systems, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Technical Team EU South and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze technical requirements with customers and grid operators, and design tailored monitoring and control solutions for PV plants.
• Support the Sales team by preparing technical offers and presenting customized solutions to clients.
• Create clear technical documentation and reports in line with customer specifications and applicable standards.
• Continuously expand your knowledge of technical norms and market requirements to support the development of innovative energy solutions.

Your profile:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Power Systems Engineering (or similar)
• Experience with PV plant design, communication technologies, and electrical cabinet layout
• Familiarity with electrical diagrams, measurement, control, and networking systems
• Knowledge of grid code regulations, ideally including Italian Grid Code and CEI 0-16
• Fluent Italian skills, and strong English skills and ability to work in an intercultural environment
• Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a structured and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp new topics
• Confident in planning tasks, making decisions, and contributing your own ideas
• Commercial understanding is a plus
