As VP of Account Management, you will lead Otovo’s installer success strategy across Europe, managing a growing team of Account Managers and building a high-performing function at the core of Otovo’s marketplace model.
Team leadership & development: Lead and coach the Account Management team across multiple markets, ensuring clear priorities, strong execution, and a culture of performance and collaboration.
Installer strategy & performance: Own the European installer portfolio performance, including pricing, availability, coverage, and quality.
Distributor relationship management: Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key distributors, ensuring product availability and competitive pricing.
Operational excellence: Define and improve account management processes, ensuring that KPIs are met and best practices are shared across markets.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to ensure installers have what they need to succeed — and that Otovo’s customers get what they were promised.
Growth & negotiation: Support strategic negotiations with key partners and ensure our terms, margins, and volumes support Otovo’s business model.
Experience managing high-performing commercial or account management teams, preferably across geographies.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Data-driven approach to performance management.
Excellent interpersonal skills — able to motivate teams and build trusted partner relationships.
Fluent in English. German, French, Spanish or other European languages are a plus.
