As our (Senior) Content & Online Marketing Manager, you will own and drive our content and SEO strategy end to end. Your focus will be on creating high-impact content tailored to our target audience - and ensuring it reaches them at the right moment.
This role is about more than just writing or chasing clicks: you're a digital marketing strategist who connects content performance to business goals. From developing and optimizing content to orchestrating full-funnel campaigns, you’ll play a key role in scaling our growth and driving qualified leads in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
How You Succeed
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a holistic content and SEO strategy that aligns with each stage of the customer journey and reflects the information needs of our B2B target group.
- Create, manage, and continuously optimize high-quality, SEO-optimized content (e.g. landing pages, blog articles, case studies, and guides) to boost organic visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analyses to identify content opportunities and inform strategic priorities.
- Support SEA campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) as a secondary channel to test messaging and complement organic performance.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Set up clear performance tracking to monitor content and SEO performance across key metrics like rankings, traffic quality, and conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data and derive actionable insights to continuously improve our content strategy and optimize user engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g. developers, freelancers, agencies) to implement technical SEO & SEA improvements and content enhancements.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across content formats and channels.
- Take ownership of timelines, stakeholder coordination, and content planning cycles to ensure consistent and strategic execution.
- Share performance updates, learnings, and strategic adjustments in a clear and structured manner with relevant stakeholders.

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
