Summary:
Shoals Technologies, a global renewable energy organization, is hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's enterprise IT infrastructure. This role places a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and VMware. The successful candidate will architect scalable, secure systems, support cloud and on-prem environments, and lead infrastructure projects that align with business objectives and security standards. The role will also require mentoring of junior staff and will require the candidate to have good time management skills, including managing competing priorities to ensure delivery.
