Summary:
Shoals Technologies, a global renewable energy organization, is hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Contracts Counsel. The Commercial Contracts Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor to the manufacturing company, providing broad-based legal support across various commercial agreements, including supply chain, logistics, procurement, direct and indirect sourcing contracts, contract manufacturing, fulfillment agreements, master sales and services agreements, customer agreements, warranty and servicing arrangements, and partnership, joint development, project-based agreements, etc., both domestically and internationally. This role requires a versatile legal professional with expertise in corporate, commercial, supply chain, procurement, customer and regulatory areas of the law. The Commercial Contracts Counsel will work closely with the executive team and other departments to ensure legal compliance and support the company's strategic goals.
