How You Fit In

Bidgely is seeking a Product Manager to contribute to Bidgely’s solutions, with focus on the core Enterprise SaaS platform solutions and components. Bidgely’s Enterprise SaaS Platform manages the end-to-end processes that comprise our solutions: from initial integration with our client’s large data sets, to the processing of our advanced AI, all the way to the application serving and the business intelligence layers.

As Bidgely’s footprint is rapidly expanding, our Enterprise platform requires to scale functionally and technically to support the growing solution demands and our overarching value proposition as one of the leading platforms in the utility space.

As a Product Manager for Platform at Bidgely, you’ll report to the Director of Product Management for Platform; you will contribute to driving the vision, strategy, and execution of one or more product lines within our portfolio, while also being comfortable diving into the technical details.

You’ll translate company and customer needs into actionable roadmaps, manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, and measure outcomes to ensure maximum impact. This role goes beyond simple coordination—our PMs in this capacity also confidently work with code, scripts, and APIs, bridging the gap between product strategy and technical execution.

Responsibilities

Technical Collaboration & Development

• Collaborate with engineering on coding practices, API integrations, and system design.
• Review specs, join code walkthroughs, and validate features for real-world use.
• Build prototypes or proof-of-concepts to test new ideas.

Product Execution & Delivery

• Translate product requirements into user stories and specs.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales support.

Data Analysis & Performance Measurement

• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
• Partner with analytics to derive insights from user data and iterate accordingly.

Product Strategy & Vision

• Contribute to long-term product vision aligned with business goals.
• Analyze trends, competitors, and tech to identify growth opportunities.
• Propose innovative ideas to drive engagement and impact.

Roadmap Planning & Prioritization

• Own product roadmap segments, balancing short- and long-term goals.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Use data and feedback for backlog prioritization and improvements.

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate updates, roadmaps, and metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to address feedback and issues.
• Ensure cross-department alignment on releases and messaging.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead product teams across Engineering and Data Science.
• Set clear requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
• Facilitate check-ins, unblock teams, and champion user-centric decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related.
• Master’s (MBA or technical) is a plus.

Professional Experience

• 1–3 years in product management with technical orientation.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean practices and sprint processes.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools is a strong plus.

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Ability to read/write code, scripts, and work with RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of data analytics, ML concepts, or cloud platforms.
• Energy/utilities domain experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to work with technical teams and understand trade-offs.
