As
Sales Development Director, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing Sales Development team in the
Benelux Region. You will play a key role in developing strategies to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance our overall sales pipeline. This is a pivotal role in shaping Sensorfact’s growth trajectory. In this role, you will take on a range of responsibilities, including:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales Development team
- Develop strategies to drive lead generation
- Optimize conversion rates to boost sales effectiveness
- Strengthen the sales pipeline for sustained growth
- Play a key role in shaping Sensorfact’s growth trajectory
Who are you:
- Sales Leader with 5+ years in outbound sales, team building, and management
- Lead Generation, Cold-Calling & CRM Expert (HubSpot) with a proven track record of success
- Team Manager & Mentor skilled in training and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder who drives results in fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken), highly motivated, and accountable
- Proactive Leader driven by integrity, ambition, and teamwork
