As Sales Development Director, you will be responsible for building, mentoring, and managing a high-performing Sales Development team in the Benelux Region. You will play a key role in developing strategies to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and enhance our overall sales pipeline. This is a pivotal role in shaping Sensorfact’s growth trajectory. In this role, you will take on a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales Development team 
  • Develop strategies to drive lead generation
  • Optimize conversion rates to boost sales effectiveness
  • Strengthen the sales pipeline for sustained growth
  • Play a key role in shaping Sensorfact’s growth trajectory
Who are you:
  • Sales Leader with 5+ years in outbound sales, team building, and management
  • Lead Generation, Cold-Calling & CRM Expert (HubSpot) with a proven track record of success
  • Team Manager & Mentor skilled in training and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder who drives results in fast-paced environments
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken), highly motivated, and accountable
  • Proactive Leader driven by integrity, ambition, and teamwork
