What you will do:
As a Business Development Assistant at Sensorfact, you’ll be at the heart of our sales team, supporting top executives and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your efforts will directly shape the success of our sales team, strengthen client relationships, and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals.

• Enable our top business developers to be even better at what they do by providing full-fledged support;
• Follow up with customers to maintain communication and ensure satisfaction;
• Manage calendars and top account executives, ensuring meetings and deadlines are prioritized;
• Prepare materials for meetings and attend them when needed;
• Keep the sales pipeline updated on HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking.

Who are you:

• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a commercial mindset;
• Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) and strong communication skills;
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment;
• Passionate about sustainability and excited to contribute to our mission.
